POLICY

Universal Distributors offer a one year manufacturer’s warranty on your DSS Equipment  from date of purchase.   This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is enforced only if the equipment has been installed by Universal Distributors’ technicians.   All warranty on equipment is voided if  equipment is  or has been installed by persons other than Universal Distributors’ Technicians.    This warranty is enforced only under normal circumstances if any part is found to be defective  by fault of manufacturer.   Universal Distributors will not be held responsible  for damages caused by  any act of nature,  or fault of your own such as lightning, hurricane, wind, fire,  heat,  storm of any kind, electricity  or power surges and outages, water or liquid of any kind, theft,  improper care, damage due to carelessness, failure to use power surge protector, modification or  incorporation into other products electrical  or otherwise.
 
Please Note:  Warranty does not  cover Access Card that has been damage in any way after  being programmed and leaving the premises, and extends only to the original card.

One year warranty applies to program costing  $180.00 only.
This means the original card will be re-programmed free of charge anytime it fails to perform within the one year paid for.
One month warranty applies to program costing $100.00 only.  This means the original card will be re-programmed free of charge if it goes down only with the first month of programming .

There is absolutely no cash refund on items purchased or services rendered.

Please protect your DSS equipment by connecting it to a power surge protector.

Warranty on equipment or programming applies to original purchaser only and will be honored upon presentation of original invoice bearing signature of  Universal Distributors personnel.

Stating any false information on Customer  DSS Information Form may void your warranty and, or cause permanent damage to your Access Card.

Equipment  warranty mentioned in this policy applies only to those DSS purchased from Universal Distributors and installed by our technicians.  NOTE:  If your DSS was purchased elsewhere but installed by our technicians, warranty does not apply.

Not covereCy warranty:  damages caused to system by removal and reinstallation.
Remote and Batteries
 
INABILITY TO PERFORM:  Universal Distributors shall not be required to perform its obligations under this policy, or  be liable  for  its failure to perform if non performance  is caused by any act of God, war, civil disturbances, strike, work stoppage, transportation, unavailability of  equipment, contingencies, power failure, card series change, law regulations, ordinances, act or order of any Government agencies or  officials thereof, or any cause not within the control of Universal Distributors.    The Access Card is for testing purposes only and the customer agrees to Indemnifies Universal Distributors from any actions civil, criminal or otherwise related to use of the products and services offered by Universal Distributors.
